~~One easy and tasty way to improve your health is to incorporate juicing of fruits and vegetables into your diet. I've listed below some health benefits of juicing. It is important to note that juicing should be incorporated into your diet and should not be a replacement for your whole diet. Vegetables and fruit have very little fat and protein so you need to consume other foods that have enough fat and protein (and fiber since juicing removes much of the fiber found in fruits and vegetables ) to maintain a healthy diet.

The most basic health benefit and the main reason you should consider juicing is that by juicing you are adding the vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables to your diet.

You can customize your juice so that you can get the fruit and vegetable intake that has the taste and (healthful) ingredients you desire.

Some say that juicing allows you to digest the nutrients of raw vegetables and  fruit more effectively then if eating the vegetables whole.

Juicing is a tasty way to get vitamins and minerals into your diet that can help increase your energy level. Some of these vitamins are, for example, B2 and B6 and minerals such as magnesium. All of which can help boost your energy level and keep your blood sugar levels optimal to help promote your energy level.

If using the right fruits and vegetables such as, blueberries and beets, you can increase  brain blood flow and make brain synapses fire more efficiently and thus improve your cognitive function.
