Some simple tips for healthful eating habits.
Cook more meals at home. This can help you control what you’re eating and take control of what goes into your food.
Replace animal fats with vegetables fats.
Eat whole foods, whole grain non processed and non-packaged foods. Eat foods with a lot of color, variety and freshness. Eat high quality proteins that are non-processed, hormone free and majority plant based like those found in nuts.
Make sure to get plenty of plant based fiber in your diet. Such as whole-grains, nuts and vegetables.
Be aware of what’s in your food. Read the labels as often a lot of sugar and salt is in packaged food.
Focus on how you feel after you eat. The idea is that the healthier the food is that you eat the better you will feel after you eat and if your aware of this you'll choose to eat healthier food.
Make sure your drinking plenty of water. By doing this you will be flushing your system and avoid dehydration. With out enough water you may feel tired, low on energy and you may experience headaches. Also, sometimes people that think they are hungry may just not be hydrated well enough.
