Some Natural Ways to Strengthen Your Immune System
You should get 30 minuets of exercise a day. This has been shown to increase immunity while strengthening your body and helping excrete some of your bodies waste products.
Drink enough water and don't forget to drink water when working out. This will also help filter harmful waste products from your body.
Get between 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Research shows that this much sleep helps strengthen the immune system. Also, having the same sleep schedule each night will allow you to have more consistent and sound sleep which, of course, makes for a stronger immune system.
Have regular chiropractic care. It has been shown that those that do this increase their immune system competency.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. This should help give you adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals to keep you immune system strong.
Don't smoke. Smoking has shown to decrease immune system strength.
Maintain a healthy weight.
