From The Desk of Ann Arbor Chiropractor Mike Tannenbaum, D.C.
As a Chiropractor in Ann Arbor, and I think for most Chiropractors, patients generally come to us for what they perceive as spine/spinal nerve related ailments. Ailments such as back pain, neck pain, headaches and tingling and numbness. Visiting a Chiropractor for help with these things is certainly sound thinking, as chiropractors do a great job helping people with these issues, however, there is much more that chiropractors can help people with. One of these areas Chiropractors can help with is pain in the body’s extremities. Personally, I'm highly trained to treat the extremities of the body. Extremities of the body are for example legs, arms hands and feet. Extremities I often treat are the knees, ankles, feet, elbows, wrists, and hands. Once my patients realize I work on the extremities, they are generally surprised, but happy to have me work on any extremity issues they might have.
